SOS Property uses a dispatch-first model: the Property Visit fee applies whenever we make a dedicated trip to the property, whether the assignment is a visit, contractor access, on-site representation, or another approved task.
Standard one-time property visit

This is the fixed trip and dispatch charge for a standard one-time assignment. It is not replaced by a separate contractor-attendance or side-service fee.

Recurring clients receive a lower visit rate, a consistent schedule, and a clearer ongoing record of the property over time. Each visit still includes applicable local travel and the first 30 minutes on site.

Recurring rates apply to an approved schedule, consistent property, standard service zone, and agreed visit scope. Special tasks, additional on-site time, travel, and unusual requests are quoted separately. Final availability and booking require confirmation.

The same visit and dispatch fee applies whenever SOS Property makes a dedicated trip. The service description changes the assignment scope, not the base trip charge.

Owner review required
All amounts are in Canadian dollars. HST applies. A separate visit fee is not added for every task completed during the same approved attendance; additional trips require another applicable visit fee.
Additional on-site time
Time after the included 30 minutes is identified in the preliminary estimate. The rate and billing increment are confirmed before booking.
Recurring visits
Approved recurring arrangements may receive a lower per-visit rate based on frequency, location, and scope.
GTA and beyond
Travel outside the standard service zone is quoted separately so the total is clear before work proceeds.
Possible additional costs
What can change the final price?
These items are not automatically included in the standard visit fee. When they apply, they are identified and confirmed as clearly as practical before the cost is incurred.
Materials and purchased items
Approved supplies, parts, consumables, or other purchases are charged separately. Owner authorization may be required before purchase.
Additional on-site time
Time beyond the first 30 minutes included in the visit fee is billed at the rate and increment confirmed before booking.
Travel beyond the standard zone
Long-distance or out-of-zone assignments may include a travel fee quoted in advance.
Parking, tolls, and access costs
Necessary third-party parking, toll, permit, or access charges may be added at cost.
Additional trips
Each separate attendance or return trip requires the applicable visit and dispatch fee.
Urgent or unusual requests
Short-notice, after-hours, special-access, or non-standard requests require review and may have a different price.
Third-party professionals
Contractor, technician, delivery, or other third-party charges are not included in the SOS Property visit fee.
Approval before work
The expected scope and known charges are confirmed before booking; new costs identified on site require owner direction when practical.
Preliminary estimate and Owner approval
Website and assistant estimates are preliminary. Final scope, availability, price, special requests, exceptions, and booking require review and confirmation by SOS Property. The assistant cannot negotiate, discount, waive fees, or confirm an appointment.
