One-time assignments may be considered. The property, timing, access, and requested scope must be confirmed first.

SOS Property is intended for residential properties and owner situations where local representation is useful. Property type, location, and scope are reviewed with each request.

Contractor access or on-site attendance may be available when requested, authorized, and practical to arrange.

Yes. SOS Property can provide local, owner-authorized support for scheduled visits, cleaner or contractor access, property observations, photos, and visit summaries. Where appropriate, we may also help coordinate with local cleaners, contractors, or service providers when requested. We do not provide full property management, licensed trade work, or guaranteed service-provider performance.

Yes. SOS Property can provide scheduled, owner-authorized property oversight while you are away for the winter. The agreed scope may include visible condition observations, relevant photos, visit summaries, practical tasks such as plant watering, and attendance for an approved service provider. Visit frequency, access, scope, and availability are confirmed in advance. This is not security monitoring, guaranteed emergency response, or a technical property assessment.

Photos, observations, and an update may be included when relevant to the assignment. The format and timing are confirmed before the work is undertaken.

We document and communicate relevant observations according to the agreed scope. Decisions and additional work remain subject to owner direction and authorization.

The service is owner-directed. We do not imply authority to approve work, spend money, or make decisions beyond what has been expressly agreed.

Not necessarily. A request may be one-time, occasional, or ongoing depending on the property need and the agreed arrangement.
